The hotel's location next to the river is lovely and scenic, but transportation to the hotel can be difficult. Taxis are hard to come by and the bus system can be confusing. once you arrive, the rooms are clean and comfortable with modern furnishings and good air conditioning. the staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast has a decent selection.

helpful staff, kunming zoo close by. location next to jiaosanqiao. kunming city centre is a district that deserves exploring. i used free parking on site.

We loved the location of this hotel, right next to the little river that runs through the city. It was very convenient to access the central areas of this city. We also appreciated the fact that getting a taxi was easy and there was a taxi stand right next to the hotel. This made it very easy to get around. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive and we found all the amenities to be in perfect working condition. All in all, we were very comfortable during our stay.

Had a great weekend at a hotel in Kunming. Loved the spacious, comfortable and clean rooms with excellent amenities, which helped me relax after a long day out. The location is perfect, with supermarkets and restaurants nearby, plus shopping across the road. The vibrant area surrounding the hotel added extra excitement to my already enjoyable stay.
While the breakfast was okay, the number of choices available could have been better. , the complimentary drinking water was limited, which meant I had to buy water every day.

Good value and location the hotel offered reasonable prices and was conveniently located near shops, a night market, and tourist attractions. the rooms were well-furnished and the breakfast had a good selection of Asian dishes. WiFi was available in the lobby. the hotel also had an exercise room and meeting room available.
Language barriers Staff had limited English proficiency and were not the friendliest, which created communication difficulties. the air conditioning didn't work well, and some toiletries were basic.
